Cadmium Variation
Starting with a simple reflection in a mirror to sketch the painting, I used concrete composites and Gesso to create the background while generating unexpected forms during the drying process. The colours then follow the crevasses, seeking for aesthetic balance to build an alternative geometry of the portrait.
